ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES OR CHARGES WHEN CHECKING OUT?
For domestic orders, yes. Shipping and taxes will need to be paid at checkout.  Be sure to check with your payment provider prior to placing your order.

Orders and Returns

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. Tracking will be sent via email once your order has been processed. If you are experiencing delivery issues, we request that you reach out to your local post office with your tracking number to see what insight can be provided, or submit a claim online. If there is no resolution within 7 business days, please contact info@ohsicbd.com for assistance.
WHAT IS YOUR DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY?
All packages are shipped via USPS at a flat rate of $9. Delivery can take 7-10 business days. If you select one of our Expedited Shipping & Handling options (2nd Day or Next Day Air), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm MST the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.
WHEN CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
We will cancel an order only prior to order processing. This process typically begins as soon as possible if not immediately but may take up to 24-48 hours. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order, you are welcome to send an email to info@ohsicbd.com to check whether the processing of an order has commenced, and if it has not, we may be able to accommodate your request to cancel and will do our best to meet your needs.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Upon purchase, you will receive email confirmation outlining your shipment details! If you did not receive this email, please check All Mail or any associated subsection of your email address as messages sometimes are delivered outside of Inbox.
If you have reviewed your email thoroughly and still cannot find your shipment details, please contact us at info@ohsicbd.com and we will provide you with your tracking number.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS
Ohsi cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that are related to incorrectly entered or unverified addresses. Additional shipping charges will be applied should your package need to be resent due to an incorrectly entered address or unclaimed/unpaid customs fees. No charges will be made without customer authorization.
